How long are you trading Forex?
I have been trading Forex for three years now and on a daily basis.
How long did it last until you have been successful?
I was aware of the risks that I could loose my money in no time. So, beside my background in finance, I decided to learn forex business properly before my first transaction. I took six months during which I bought and read almost 150 forex books, attended many seminars and did a lot of demo trading. When I started trading live, I was confident and successful right from the beginning.
Did you trade anything else than Forex before?
Yes. I was trading stocks before. I decided to stop for two main reasons:
1- Stocks trading is unfair to small investors. The Big Players and the Specialists in NYSE can always manipulate prices to take advantage of you; which is impossible in Forex.
2- Stocks trading is boring and to expect to make money, you always have to wait at least two years. Even NASDAQ with his volatility wasn’t what I was looking for. I like risk and I was looking for an opportunity to make good money in a short time. That is exactly the definition of Forex.
Trading Style
Do you use Expert Advisors or do you trade manually?
I use both. I’m a big fan of EAs and I think those who don’t like EAs are wrong. That said, I believe that to be a good EAs trader, one has to be a good manual trader first. EAs are there to automate your trading skills or style and catch every opportunity to make money.

Why did you choose FXcast?
I was looking for a broker that would fit my criteria:
1- No spread widening and stop loss hunting
2- No trading against clients
3- Perfect execution of Stop Loss and Take Profit.
4- Very fast trading platform.
5- Reliable support team.
6- Excellent reputation from Forex online forums.
I tested Fxcast with those criteria in mind and understood immediately that, with fxcast, I would be getting more than what I was looking for. Since then, I call FxCast my home.
Which broker(s) did you use before?
I have used Tradefreedom which just got bough by Scottia Bank. I have also used MFGlobal.
Why did you change the broker?
I wasn’t comfortable with the service: Support team very slow and not well organized, Stop Loss and Take Profits not executed properly, very expensive commissions. etc.
I felt like the only person who was happy because I was working for him was the broker. I had no choice but to leave.

Why do you think you are successful?
My average monthly profit rate is always greater than 100%. I ended up having 95% last month because I was using my fxcast real account to test new Eas. I’m sure I will win again next time. In addition, I know how to quiclky grab a stick and hit the market so that he will never have a chance to hit me.’
