1.2. Where and how do I start?
Before you can start trading, you need to open an account with us (it is free) and download our MT4 trading platform (FXcast Pro). To open your account,

1.3. What if I do not understand Service Agreement, Terms of Trading Anti-money Laundering Policy or Risk Disclosure?
Do not become an FXcast client until you have completely read, understood, and acknowledged the legal information on our FXcast website. If you do not completely understand some of the information, you may consult a competent legal advisor or contact us with specific questions at Live Support or per e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
1.4. How much money do I need to start?
Minimum deposit is 10 USD (ten) - but then you must set the leverage to 1:400 !

2.1. How can I deposit funds to my account?

you will have a member status. Then you are able to use our payment options

Using an electronic payment system your fund will be booked within the same day into your trading platform account.
Bank wires need the normal bank wire timeframes (2 to 10 working days occur) and a processing time of 24 hours four our service.
Our service team works on establishing more payment systems for your comfort.
2.2. Where can I see my account information
All account information you have ever maintained you will find in our protected members area http://fxcast.com/PersonalArea.php?action=MoneyManagement after successful login.
2.3. Where can I see my billing transactions?
You will find your billing transactions - deposits and withdrawals - in your trading platform for each account under the Tab history. In FXcast Pro you will see it in the Terminal-History tab.
2.4. How can I change my contact information?

you can change your membership details after successful login.
After your membership has been verified no changes are possible. Necessary changes have to be done with a support ticket.
2.5. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Please open our website under http://fxcast.com. You will find the link "forgot password?" right below the login field. Enter your email address into the upcoming dialog box and push the send button. You will find your password in your email account. Please use your password carefully and change it from time to time to avoid any abuse. FXcast does not take over any guarantee or does not accept any claim for compensation in any case of abuse of your login data.
2.6. How can I change my membership password?
Login to our member's area and change your password under http://fxcast.com/PersonalArea.php?action=Membership&Passwords.
2.7. How can I withdraw my funds?
Login to our member's area and click on http://fxcast.com/PersonalArea.php?action=MoneyManagement&Withdrawal. If you have made deposits you will see the option to withdraw funds. Please have in mind that withdrawals can only be done to accounts where they have come from. And of course before any withdrawal you must have full membership - this means we have verified your documents. Your requested withdrawals are checked against the open positions and margin requirements in your account. Most payment systems allow a fast booking from your trading account to your electronic payment account. Bank wire requests last 24 hours for our execution plus the normal bank wire periods of time.
2.8. The website of my E-currency account does not open. What shall I do?
If your transaction is not successful or your internet provider blocks the addresses of a Payment Provider please send your deposit directly from your
Internet Payment Account and include your Trading Account Login Number and your name as Memo.
2.9. I have a demo account already - how do I open a real account?
You only have to enter the personal area and then select http://fxcast.com/PersonalArea.php and open a real account.
Complete all personal details, payment details, verification documents and then start the deposit from our website http://fxcast.com/PersonalArea.php?action=MoneyManagement&Deposit.
2.10. How do I send money by wire transfer?
Wire transfer is available for deposits starting with 100USD respectively 100EUR.
First you must enter your exact bank account data in your membership area http://fxcast.com/PersonalArea.php?action=MoneyManagement.
Missing data is available from your bank. Of course your full membership is mandatory for this size of deposit.
Then you can deposit funds by selecting your bank account http://fxcast.com/PersonalArea.php?action=MoneyManagement&Deposit. When you have pushed the button next>>
your transaction is done and you will receive our bank account data by email. After you have made your bank transfer you will be notified when your money arrives

2.11. How do I withdraw money to my bank account?
You enter your membership area and select the withdrawal item. You select your bank account and withdraw the amount you like.
Take care that your available margin covers the withdrawal, otherwise it will be rejected. Then you must await the amount in your bank account.
We need 24 hours to execute the withdrawal, banks need normally 2 to 5 working days for transfer to your account. You may also see our online help films http://fxcast.com/HowTo.php
2.12. I have used Webmoney for my withdrawal. Where do I find the protection code?
You must enter the membership area and select Payments History.
Then you find the protection code in the details of your transaction.
2.13. I have paid with Solidtrustpay - can I withdraw to my Liberty Reserve or bank account?
No way - we are no exchange service and will only send money to the account where it came from.
2.14. I have paid directly without funding the account from your website. What can I do?
You must send us your transfer batch number form the payment plus a screenshot from your e-currency account. If we have to search for your payment without those details we will bill you with 20USD fee for our effort. We ask you urgently to start the payment process always here:
2.15. I have paid with e-currency but the money is not in my account?
If you have done all correctly then all payments and withdrawals have to be checked by Compliance Departement due to our strict regulations and commitment to international banking standards. Execution of payments and bookings are done during our working hours Monday to Friday
2.16. How can I pay with my Credit Card?
You must have a full membership to pay with Credit Card. Then simply go to http://fxcast.com/PersonalArea.php?action=MoneyManagement&Deposit in your personal area and follow the guidelines there. Read carefully all the text. CC payments are only available in USD.
2.17. What documents do you require for real account opening?

2.18. Why do you have so strict rules for customer documents?
We are often asked why we use these strict rules for customer documents (mainly from Far Eastern countries) as other brokers often accept account openings with ID cards only. Our answer: Brokerage means dealing with money of customers - this involves responsibility, seriousity and absolute reliability as it should be standard in financial business. Customers ask us for security of their funds, if we are a serious broker and other important questions. It is of outmost importance for us that we follow international established rules for identifying customers in financial business. The business practices of other Brokers cannot be a guideline for our business. Some of the biggest brokers are already sued by their regulation authorities for having violated these international rules. We are not able to make local agreements for documentation.
2.19. Can I open more than 1 real account with you?
Yes - if you have reached a full membership you may open as many accounts as you want and fund them separately. Otherwise only 1 real account is possible.
2.20. How do I change my trading account password?
Due to security requirements and fraud trials with customer accounts FXcast has decided to lock platform passwords. If you think that you have to change the account password send us a support ticket and attach any scanned ID document which you have already uploaded. If you did not send verification documents until now you have to upload them first and await your verification. Always keep your Password and Login in a safe location! FXcast is not responsible for stolen or hacked access data!

3.2. What is a minimum lot size?
Minimum lotsize is 0.01 lot.
3.3. Can I use expert advisors for automated trading?
Of course you may use Expert Advisors for automated trading in our FXcast Pro trading terminal.
Restrictions are that scalping is not allowed and Experts advisors must of course be designed and programmed in regard to the
Terms of Trading which you have to accept with account opening http://fxcast.com/Regulation.php?TermsOfTrading.
Expert Advisors are disabled for all live accounts.
If you want to use it please open a support ticket and it will be enabled. All trades have to be closed for this change.
3.4. Where can I see my trading history?
In FXcast Pro you should open the History tab in the terminal section where your open positions are visible.
3.5. What can I do in case of emergency, when I have open positions but cannot access to the FXcast Pro trading platform?
Try to get a Live Support Operator or call our emergency phone. But of course always make your trading safe: never trade without Stop Loss and Take Profit. It is not only a question of an emergency case - it is a question of money management in your trading.
3.6. How fast is your execution?
You will see in a live account that our execution is one of the fastest in the world. We compare ourselves with the ECN platforms and direct Interbank access platforms. Simply try us - and you will learn what execution in forex exchange with FXcast means. Of course there are some more conditions: your internet connection is a parameter. Is it a fast broadband line or a dial up modem. FXcast Pro do not need much bandwidth - but how is your ISP connected to the WWW?
3.7. Will the spread always be the same?
No, we have variable spreads depending on market situation. Here is our spread table
3.8. Do I have to send EUR or USD to my Pro Account?
- If you open a new FXcast Pro account and send us USD the new account will be held in USD as base currency.
- If you send EUR the new account will be held in EUR as base currency.
- If you send USd or EUR to an existing account the deposit will be changed to the actual rate to the base currency of the existing account.
3.9. Can I transfer money between my own accounts?

3.10. It is Saturday and I cannot place a trade - what is going on?

3.11. Do you work with margin calls?
Yes we do. If your available margin is under 50% the summarize line in your terminal will be blinking red. When your available margin falls under 30% the
biggest position in loss will be closed automatically by the system. This will continue until the available margin is higher than 30% again.
3.12. Can I change my account currency?

4.1. Where can I download FXcast Pro?

After you have registered on our website and received the login data you can download it from here: http://fxcast.com/Download.php. Please have a look into our "Take a Tour" section on our main page - and learn all about download and usage of this great trading software.
4.2. Is the pip offset for Take Profit and Stop Loss (Trading Channel) the same for each pair?
No - you will have a different trading channel in each pair. But FXcast pro is completely different - Stop Loss and Take Profit are independently set. Before you start make yourself comfortable with the great options of this trading platform http://fxcast.com/Download.php.
4.3. Can I close position before Profit or Loss is reached?
Yes - FXcast Pro is a professional all-in-one platform for experienced trades. Try a demo account before you start. And make sure that your wish is to become a real forex trader. Learning is necessary - there are enough promises in the market - we will not sing this song. Learning and training is must - but no demo account can replace a live account with real money.
4.4. What Operating System do I need?
We recommend Windows 2000, XP or Vista with 1 Gigabyte working storage and a modern processor. This is basically all. Of course you should have a fast broadband connection and maybe a GPRS card for emergency cases of an internet breakdown.
4.5. How secure is your software?

4.7. Is it possible to change the leverage on an existing live account?
Leverage is a basic account setting. It cannot be changed by the trader. Only we can do it. If you have funded your account already close all positions and write from internal support email (in your membership area) your request.
If you did not fund your real account already please open another (new) real account in your membership area with the correct leverage and deposit to this account.
4.8. How can I change my password on FXcast Pro?
You have to close all open trades and open a support ticket that you want to change your password. You cannot change the password yourself for security reasons.
4.9. When I try to open a trade I always receive the message "Not enough money"?
When you plan to trade a small amount you must set the leverage to 1:400 when you open the account.
Important note: Please always contact our service under firstname.lastname@example.org before you take any action as money manager.
5.1. Do you have facilitates for Money Managers?
6. Partner/Affiliate Program
Yes we have. For professional traders or money managers we offer a multi account platform which encloses all the functionality you need for your business.
The minimum deposit (over all accounts) has to be 100,000USD and we expect the deposit before we enable the platform for use.
Customers can open own accounts or the money manager can use subaccounts.
5.2. How shall I open Subaccounts?
As a customer you have received membership access data to enter our membership area. There you can open as many subaccounts as you like.
5.3. How shall I make the deposit to my Subaccounts?
For each subaccount you must make a single deposit from one or more of your payment accounts (Internet payment or bank wire).
5.4 If I trade accounts from customers and want to use your multi account platform how shall I do this?
You must first apply as partner http://fxcast.com/Partners.php?Registration and then your customers can open accounts from our banners on your website.
